What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per design. However, we can be flexible depending on the product type and customization requirements. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
How long does production take?
Typical production time is 14-21 days after sample approval. Rush orders are available upon request with additional fees. Shipping via air freight takes an additional 5-8 business days.
Do you provide samples before bulk production?
Yes, we always create samples based on your specifications for approval before starting bulk production. Sample fees may apply, which can be credited toward your bulk order.
What are your payment terms?
We typically work with 50% advance payment and 50% before shipment. Payment can be made via bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, or other agreed methods. Terms can be discussed for regular clients.
